Can lions attack tents?
Lions and other carnivores typically perceive tents as unfamiliar objects, so as long as you securely zip up your tent and remain quiet, it's unlikely they will attack. However, it's crucial to avoid bringing any items with a meaty scent, like raw or dried meat, into the tent. Also, for parents accompanying young children, please ensure constant supervision while in the bush.

Do you see Namibia across the Chobe River?
Indeed, just across the Chobe River lies Namibia, while we're here on the Botswana side. By the way, the small island in the middle of the river, called Sedudu Island, belongs to Botswana. Additionally, a bit further downstream of the Chobe River, there's a rare quadripoint where Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe meet, making it a unique four-country border in the world.
